I've been toying around with an Arduino and 60KHz receiver clock for a while now and I've successfully made prototypes with the Arduino Uno and with a barebones arduino on a breadboard. It is simply a 60KHz time signal receiver that puts out a 1pps signal and the arduino does the decoding. I've not done any of the hard work myself but have cobbled together some resources from the web. If you're interested then its here (too much to put into a post) http://g7kse.co.uk/projects/arduino-msf-receiver/
I've got as far as designing a complete board for it but haven't managed to get the confidence to get some made. It needs a clever eye to make sure I've not made a mess. If there are any volunteers then please shout out, I could do with a helpful shove
